Our phones are answered by a human 12 hours a day up to 7 days a week to give you all the assistance you may need.

∙ What are your payment terms?

All orders must be prepaid, we do not offer terms.
For payment we accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
You do not need a Paypal account to pay us.


∙ If you are in Canada, why are your prices all in USD?

95% of our clients are in the USA, it is not worth our effort to create price lists for other currencies.


∙ Do I have to pay sales tax?

If you are in Canada, you must pay GST.
Ontario residents also have to pay PST.
All out of country shipments are exempt from Canadian taxes.
Customs, duty and VAT are also your responsibility depending on where you are, all countries have their own methods of taxation.

∙ If I order today, when will my parcel be delivered?

Most orders are shipped within 3 - 4 days of payment and wax seal design confirmation (if applicable).


∙ Will I receive my invoice by mail?

You will receive your invoice in your package unless you are sending our products as a gift.


∙ Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we can ship to anywhere in the world. We will NOT ship to West Africa or Nigeria.


∙ What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is charged at cost.
We will ship on your Fedex or UPS account if you prefer.
When routing is not specified on your order, we will use the most direct or least expensive method.
C.O.D. shipments are not available.
All shipments are F.O.B. Ottawa, Canada.
Your country may charge duty or taxes when you import our product, this is your responsibility.

∙ How do I place my order?

We accept orders phone, fax, snail mail or email.
All orders no matter how they are received will be confirmed by fax or email.


∙ How long are your price valid?

We update our web site regularly but for liability reasons all prices are subject to change without notice.
All orders are subject to approval of PebbleCandles.com and are not binding until accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time.
All orders are subject to availability of materials and component parts, and PebbleCandles.com shall not be liable for inability to ship any order(s) due to material or parts shortages.


∙ I want to re sell your products in my store, do you wholesale?

Yes we will wholesale our products and have minimum order quantities.
We do require all resellers to supply us with a valid EIN (Employee Identification Number) or tax i.d number

∙ Do you offer ASI pricing?

Yes we do offer ASI discounts, ASI clients are subject to the same minimum orders as our standard wholesale clients.
In order to qualify for ASI pricing you must be a legitimate ASI, PPAI or PPAC distributor.


∙ Can I get samples of your products?

We do have sample bags of our wax for color and scent purposes.
We will sell loose samples of our decorated products.
All sample orders must be paid prior to shipping, we will not send samples for free as we get too many requests.

∙ Will you match our corporate colors?

Custom pebble colors are available, quantities may be high depending on the color request.
Some colors can be died by us in small quantities (5 pounds) If we cannot die the wax our minimum custom batch size is 1,000 pounds.
Our wax seal colors cannot be custom matched in small quantities.


∙ Can you print logos on your glassware?

Yes, we can print as few as 72 pieces of glassware.
The costs are quite high and this process will add up to a 3 week delay in production.
Please email us for a quotation if you are interested in a custom order.


∙ Can you custom scent your wax beads?

Yes, we work with a top fragrance firm who has hundreds of flavors available.
We may be limited to which colors of wax the scents can be added to.
We do have some additional popular scents in stock that are not listed on our web site.
There is a small charge for custom scents and it does add a 5 - 10 day delay to your order.


∙ Can I return merchandise I ordered from you ?

No, we do not accept returns as our product is very heavy and in many cases the shipping is almost the same cost as the product.
So please order carefully.


∙ I know I should trim the wick but what is the best way and by how much?

The one easiest way to trim the wick would be just to use a regular nail clipper.
The clipper prevents the excess wick from dropping back into your candle and snips the wick cleanly.
Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4" before each burn.


∙ How far down should I allow my candle burn?

Our pebble wax candles can be burned to the very bottom.
Once they burn out you can buy our refill packs that come with replacement wicks, just scrape out the old wax replace the wick and refill to create a brand new candle.


∙ I see metal in my wick is this lead?

No, we do not use lead in any of our wicks, we only use cotton or zinc core wicks which are safe and not harmful to the environment. Research shows that zinc and tin wicks are safe and pass the EPA's air quality tests.
